By accessing or using the Flybrite platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Flybrite provides an online platform for home educating families in the United Kingdom. The Service includes lesson planning tools, activity tracking, report generation, community features, and Flybrite AI-powered educational tools.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Flybrite Premium is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. The 7-day free trial requires no payment details. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from account settings. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flybrite Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains yours.

Flybrite Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
